OTHER EXPENSES
While we endeavour to keep costs to a minimum, there may be additional expenses during the year, such as:
- Textbooks and general stationery.
- Concerts, outings, camps and visiting groups.
- Optional external examination fees such as Conquesta, Eisteddfod, FAK etc.
- Optional school and class photographs.
PAYING ON TIME
Payments by EFT received after the 5th of the month in which they are due are considered late. We encourage payment by debit order, at a date before the 5th of every month convenient to you. Fees are payable in advance and for twelve months of the year. The school’s fee payment policy is strictly adhered to.

NOTICE
One full term’s notice is required should you decide to leave the school. In cases where this is not possible, school fees for the full notice period will be levied. Refer to the school contract for further detail or contact us for further clarity.
